Returns Policy

Returns for items purchased in store will be accepted for exchange only, however in line with distant selling regulations online orders can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, with receipt.

Before returning goods you will need to contact the store and quote your order reference number and details of items to be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

School Wear
Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging. Once your return is received we will then arrange replacement or process a refund depending on requirements.

Custom made Garments
All custom made embroidered garments are non-returnable unless faulty.
